About Carrie Kellenberger
Carrie is our Taiwan and ESL Education Expert A Canadian expat that has been living abroad in Asia since 2003, Carrie began her career with Reach To Teach Recruiting in 2006 as an ESL teacher in Taiwan. Today, she and her husband are co-owners of Reach To Teach. In her free time, Carrie works as a freelance travel writer and photographer, providing regular content to several publishing companies and travel publications in Asia and North America. About Dean Barnes
Dean is our General Travel and ESL Education Expert Dean began his teaching career on the island of Bali, Indonesia teaching young learners. Following this he took up a position in Taipei, Taiwan teaching people of all ages and abilities. Dean is a Director of Recruiting for RTT schools in China, Taiwan and Vietnam. In his free time Dean leads a very active life; he enjoys hiking in the mountains of Taiwan, and absorbing as much of the Taiwanese culture as possible. About Eric Adams
As a fresh college graduate from Maryland, Eric packed his bags in search of adventure and landed in Taiwan. Eric has traveled through China, Thailand and Vietnam, but has been teaching English in Taipei since August of 2014. Eric joined RTT in April as the Director of Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys an array of different recreational activities such as hiking, surfing, rock climbing, swimming, kickboxing and anything else that may present a new and fun challenge.
About Geoffrey DeSena
Geoffrey is a South Korea and ESL Expert - Geoffrey DeSena is an EFL instructor with the SDA Language Institute in Seoul, South Korea, a position he found thanks to Reach To Teach Recruiting. A Colorado native, he started his life abroad in February 2015 and plans to continue teaching to maintain a life of travel. He is an active member in the Couchsurfing community, exploring the local cultures of the world and helping others do the same. He produces the travel blog Cast Off, Set Sail at castoffsetsail.wordpress.com.
About Jason Cruzan
Jason is our China expert.
He is a food and travel enthusiast from California. He first started teaching in China in 2010, where his students displayed a much higher level of maturity than him at only five years old. He revels in the bizarre and unusual things in life, and obsesses over life's little mysteries, like tumbleweeds and meat floss. He once wrestled a bear in the wild and won. His philosophy is "The Journey is the Destination".

Judith is our South Korea and Taiwan Expert - Judith Villarreal is the author of the website Chasing Glitter, a first-person narrative about her misadventures and experiences as an amateur traveler. Judith chose a life abroad after living in Texas for 24 years. Her first stop on the world map was South Korea. Aside from being a budding writer and middle school teacher, Judith enjoys being a beginner ballerina and self-proclaimed foodie. Michaela left her small town in the flat cornfields of Iowa in April of 2015 to explore the world before becoming condemned to a desk in an IT corporation. She has been teaching at Hess International English school in Taipei, Taiwan and shopping, hiking, and eating her way through the foreign streets. She has traveled alone and encountered many interesting experiences and hopes to aid others traveling alone as well.

Neysha Bauer is a South Korea and General Travel Expert - She is the creator of Travelsuras.com, a travel diary fusing together the most awkward moments of living abroad and literary snapshots of the people and places that influence everyday expat life. In August 2014, she decided to pack her bags and move to Daegu, South Korea where she currently teaches youngsters all about Spanish culture and how to dance Flamenco (poorly). About Vadim Rubin
Vadim Rubin is an ethnic Belarussian learning to speak Mandarin Chinese. He is a coach, teacher, linguist, athlete, and an aspiring world traveler. As an avid volleyball player and coach, he spends a majority of his time on the court with sweaty volleyball junkies. Off the court he enjoys to travel, write, and teach world languages. He is now back in Taiwan teaching English, traveling, and discovering what life has to offer.
